Includes Abstract of Title report, a bill for said abstract, and a note to John Ranta regarding some information missing in the abstract. The abstract is for John Ranta's farm located in the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 35 Town 43 North of Range 23 West of Delta County, Michigan. Prepared by John P. McColl of the Delta County Abstract Company. It records all matters affecting the title of the said described premises including exchange of deeds, trusts, mortgages, etc. from 1863 to 1910. |
Physical characteristics |
All contained within a single envelope titled "Abstract of Title to Farm Property." The abstract is folded into a pamphlet with blue paper and the inside white papers are typed in purple ink and stapled together along the top. The other two pieces of paper are folded and have letter head from the preparer company and are hand written on with the bill on accounting paper and the note on blue paper. |
