Description |
This card was mailed to Ella Merriman in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. Date on postmark is not able to be read. Legend on back reads: "Each Cabin Complete with Furnace Heat, Filtered Air Conditioned, Lavatory, Toilet and Shower, Owners in Attendance 24 hours, Most Modernly Equipped Service Station in the Upper Peninsula. Light Repairs, Wadham's Products, Mobilgas." On the front under the name is "Highways U.S. 2, 41 and M-35 Escanaba, Mich." These cabins ere located at the north-west corner of what is today the intersection of Ludington Street and Lincoln Road. |
