Description |
Small chest or nightstand, with three drawers and one cupboard. There is a candlestick attached to the stand on top of the chest along with a small book modeled out of a piece of stone. The back of the chest has a raised splash board, there is a lace doily attached to the top surface beneath the candle. Wood is light, maybe maple, or possibly ash, and has been given a light stain. |

Miss Flemstrom's mother died when she was about 4 years old and her father died when she was about 1. The Gundersons raised her. The furniture was made by her father in about 1898, the little doll was dressed by Mrs. Gunderson. |
