Description |
This plaque shows coach Nordberg and lists the record for the Escanaba High School Eskymos football team year by year through the 1930s. The team won 43, lost 13 and tied 2 and were Upper Peninsula Champions in 1937. At the bottom is printed "Presented to 'Carl's Boys' by the Escanaba QB Club, September 18, 1992.'" This may have been commissioned by Karl Dickson. There is a small Eskymo helmet and the figure of Mo the Eskymo in orange and black on the brass plaque. |
