Description |
Beautiful china headed doll approximately 33" tall on a stand, with a neck collar, holding her upright. The doll is dressed in a long black velvet and teal silk dress with lace trim. She is wearing a long glass or crystal necklace and two costume jewelry brooches. Her body is fabric and her hands are leather. Her dress and boots are recent replacements for worn items. She is wearing leather boots. She has black hair with a center part, blue eyes, and red lips. The donor says that the doll came to this country with Mary Flynn when she immigrated here with her family sometime in the late 1800s. |
